5- Rate the organizations.

• WHY DOES IT WORK?
1- Dare relies on the current European regulation in force since 2018 and asserts your legal rights with the organizations of your choice.
2- Organizations are obliged to answer you.
3- Organizations cannot penalize you: it would be against the law.

• EVERYTHING YOU CAN DO
1- Ask to be informed of the data held by the organization: what is it, what is done with it, by whom, is it shared or resold and with whom, where is it stored ? Have there been any data leaks, what measures have been taken?
2- Retrieve a simple copy of your personal data held by the organization. Your data will then be available in your safe.
3- Update your personal data everywhere in one click: have you changed your name, postal address? Would you like your new email to be used? Inform the organizations of your choice easily.
4- Refuse your data to be used: specify what data it is and the purpose you refuse.
5- Refuse to be processed by a robot: ask for clear explanations from a human to understand why your file was refused, for example, or how your credit rate was calculated, etc.
6- Disappear from search engines: be they the famous ones or those of your apps or websites, you have the right to no longer appear in search results.
